The registration fee for this conference does not include accommodation. Participants are kindly requested to contact their preferred hotels directly or, once appointed, liaise with the designated agency (TBD) to secure reservations.

Instructions on Invoice Issuance
If you need an invoice to be issued, please send the invoicing information to the email address 13581980191@163.com. The conference organizing committee will handle the invoicing uniformly after the conference concludes.
Cancellation and Refund
If you need to cancel or refund, please send your request by email to caofei.fu@pbbnct.com before September 15ᵗʰ , 2025. We will deduct the handling fee from the total amount and refund the remaining amount. The handling fee varies depending on the remittance destination. After September 15ᵗʰ, 2025, no refunds will be made.
